Aftercare

After anyvisit.

Your treatment-specific guide comes first. These reminders apply to every visit, whatever you had done.

01

The first 24 hours

  • Drink water. Every treatment goes better hydrated.
  • Rest. Your body does its work when you let it.
  • No strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours, unless you were told otherwise.
  • No alcohol for at least 24 hours. It amplifies side effects such as bruising and swelling.
  • Do not rub or press on any injection or IV site.

02

The first two weeks

  • Follow the treatment-specific guide for your visit.
  • Tell the studio before your next visit if you start a new medication or supplement, become ill, or become pregnant.
  • Give results the time your clinician described before judging them.

03

What is normal

  • Mild redness, swelling, or tenderness where you were treated.
  • A small bruise that fades over several days.
  • Feeling a little tired the rest of the day.

04

When to call the studio

  • Anything that is getting worse instead of better.
  • Spreading redness, warmth, or pus at a treatment site.
  • Any question at all. We would rather hear from you early than late.
