This website provides general information about Frozen In Time Parlour and its appointment-only Plano studio. It is not a patient portal or an emergency service. The one place it asks for health information is the patient forms, described below.

Outside the patient forms, please do not send medical history, medications, allergies, photos, insurance details, or other health information through a public email or website message.

Information this site may collect

Standard website systems may process basic technical information, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an internet address. If online scheduling is enabled, the scheduling service will present its own privacy terms before you submit information.

Clinical information

The patient forms at /forms, which the studio sends you by link, collect the health history and consent the studio needs before your visit. When you submit them, they are sent over an encrypted connection to the studio, and a copy is emailed to the address you give. They are not stored on this website. The Notice of Privacy Practices and your patient rights are provided within the forms.
