Frozen in Time Parlour protects your protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA. PHI includes information that identifies you and relates to your health, treatment, or payment for treatment.

- Healthcare operations (quality, scheduling, routine operations)
- Business associates under signed HIPAA agreements
- Legal/public health disclosures where required by law
Uses requiring your authorization
Marketing use of photos, non-routine disclosures, and any use outside treatment/payment/operations requires your written authorization. You may revoke authorization in writing at any time.
