Cancellations
Your appointment time is held just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice by calling the studio at (469) 568-9051. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, and missed appointments, may be charged a $50 fee. After two missed appointments, future visits may need to be paid in advance.
Late arrival
Please arrive a few minutes early. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client is not kept waiting. A late arrival that has to be rescheduled is treated as a late cancellation.
